Nickel-Chrome
Our Nickel-Chrome line is an automatic line with four hoists controlled trough one PLC and is capable of manufacturing 12 loads per hour, which means 1400 shafts per hour.
The line counts with one nickel strike station, four semi-bright, two bright and one micro-porous nickel with a total of 13500 gallons of nickel solution plus the Chrome bath of 1925 gallons.
